The world's leading domicile for investment funds and alternative investment structures.
The Cayman Islands is a British Overseas Territory and the world's leading domicile for investment funds, with over 17,000 private funds and nearly 13,000 regulated open-ended funds registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). The jurisdiction offers a range of vehicles including exempted companies, Segregated Portfolio Companies (SPCs), exempted limited partnerships (ELPs) and limited liability companies (LLCs).
