AcuFin Corporate Limited is a Mauritius-headquartered Management Company and Qualified Trustee licensed by the Financial Services Commission. Established in 2017, we have been serving international clients from Mauritius for over a decade.
The work is corporate, fiduciary, fund and tax. The clients are international. The standard is one we hold to ourselves first.
What we do
We help international clients establish, structure and operate vehicles in Mauritius and across our representation network. The full range, from a Global Business Corporation for an investment holding, to a Variable Capital Company umbrella for a multi-strategy fund, to a foundation for succession, sits under one roof, run by one team.
How we work
We take on engagements where we can do the work properly. We turn down work where we cannot. The relationship is partner-led: the person who quotes you is the person who delivers. Core technical delivery remains under the direct responsibility of our in-house team, supported by carefully selected specialists where an engagement requires them.
